The 3 lettered word every woman hates to hear...FAT. Well I've decided that’s just where I am right now, no matter how pretty sounding one may make it sound, chunky, thick, curvy, a few extra pounds, it all equals down to that 3 lettered word, FAT and I am FAT!
I started my weight loss journey on Monday July 13th. I weighed in at the all time high of 310, yea I know, wow that's FAT! When I gave birth to my son 22 months ago, I weighed 302 pounds, before I was pregnant I weighed 271 pounds. My goal weight is 215 pounds, currently I am at 304 pounds, so in almost 2 weeks I've lost 6 pounds, not bad, but I've got a long way to go. I've downloaded this new application on my cool new phone to help me keep track of my calorie intake and exercise outtake. Its linked to the website called fat secret, I encourage you to check it out.
So I plan to use this blog as a place to keep record of my battles with weight loss, and to help me get over my addiction to food. I love food, I love to eat, its stress relief for me.
I hope that through this blog, and this weight loss not only will I loose the weight but I will learn to train myself on how to relieve my stress other than through eating, and how to not 'emotional eat'. So stay tuned to find out what happens. I plan to blog once a week, maybe more, I'm not really sure where this will take me.
