Submissive Wifes

dear blog readers (if there are any),

today is Wednesday, hump day, the week is almost over! Its HOT i really enjoyed the rain and cooler weather we had last week...

The thing thats really been on my heart and mind lately is being a submissive wife. Last month I celebrated my 2 year anniversary with my Husband. We've had our ups and our downs but we still love each other and we're committed to working out our differences.

Now I'm gonna come out and say it, being submissive, I really don't know what that means. We all know about the scripture in Ephesians 5 that says " 22Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. 23For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church..."

so does that mean that I cook and clean and iron, and do everything to serve my husband and not expect anything back from him??

or does that mean that I help him where he needs help??

and what about appreciation am i supposed to feel appreciated after I work 40+hours a week and come home to work more???

I'm really struggling with this, so women, wifes, husbands what do YOU think??

Hey there!

I first started blogging back in 2005, i have since then deleted that blog and have decided to start fresh.

I've been without a connection to the internet or a reliable computer for almost 3 years, having internet connection and a reliable computer is a privilege this world seems to take advantage of, but if you're poor and struggling, internet and a computer are far from being on the forefront of your mind when you're trying to squeeze every last dime out of your paycheck just to survive.

Needless to say I've got a job now where I can spend a few minutes a day updating my new blog etc. and slowly but surly I see myself slowly coming back to this techno-advanced world we all live in.
